Sweet World operates on a grid-based match-3 system where players swap adjacent candies to create lines of three or more identical pieces. Each successful match triggers a cascade effect, allowing new candies to fall into place and create chain reactions. The game calculates combo multipliers in real-time, with each consecutive match within a single move increasing your score exponentially.
The core matching engine recognizes seven distinct candy types, each with unique visual identifiers and point values. Special candies form when you match four or more pieces simultaneously: striped candies clear entire rows or columns, wrapped candies create 3x3 explosions, and color bombs eliminate all candies of one type from the board. Combining special candies produces even more powerful effects that can clear significant portions of the puzzle grid.
Level objectives vary across the 500+ stages, including score targets within move limits, ingredient collection where specific items must reach the bottom of the board, and jelly spreading challenges requiring matches on marked tiles. The difficulty curve introduces new obstacles progressively: chocolate blockers that regenerate each turn, licorice locks requiring adjacent matches to break, and layered icing that demands multiple hits to remove.
Journey through five distinct candy worlds, each containing 100 uniquely designed levels. Progress from Candy Meadows through Chocolate Mountains to the Rainbow Summit, with new mechanics and obstacles introduced every 20 stages. Each world features exclusive background themes and candy designs that match the environment.
Master the art of combining power-ups to create devastating board-clearing effects. Merge two striped candies to clear entire rows and columns simultaneously, combine wrapped candies for massive 5x5 explosions, or detonate a color bomb next to a striped candy to transform all matching candies into directional clearers. Seven unique combo types offer strategic depth.
Return every 24 hours for rotating puzzle challenges that test specific skills. Monday focuses on achieving high scores with limited moves, Wednesday introduces time-pressure modes, and Friday features ingredient collection races. Completing daily challenges awards bonus coins, exclusive boosters, and progress toward weekly milestone rewards.
Unlock eight powerful boosters to overcome difficult levels. The Lollipop Hammer removes any single candy or obstacle, the Color Bomb clears all candies of one type, and the Shuffle rearranges the entire board when no moves remain. Earn boosters through gameplay or purchase them with coins collected from completed levels.
Start with five lives that regenerate automatically every 30 minutes. Failed level attempts consume one life, but you can request additional lives from friends or earn them through daily login bonuses. The system encourages strategic play while allowing extended sessions for skilled players who clear levels on first attempts.
